NPEP Portal User Guide
Portal is the reporting tool for the Nuance Proactive Engagement Platform (NPEP).
Note: As a Nuance Proactive Engagement Platform (NPEP) user, you have two user interfaces currently available to conduct your NPEP operations: Composer and Portal. Currently, Portal provides access only to Reports. The routine tasks related to Dashboard, Campaign, and Administration tabs are now available only through NPEP Composer User Guide. If you have questions, please contact your Nuance representative.
Use Portal to evaluate contact strategies and applications performance with a variety of reports that compile detailed information about messaging activities and results. You can also create custom reports. In Portal, you can query for data aged more than 30 days.
About the Proactive Engagement Platform
PE Portal is a component of Nuance Proactive Engagement Platform (PEP or the platform), a cloud-based solution that enables businesses to automate their outbound customer communication using voice messaging, SMS, mobile, and email and push channels. PEP offers clients a variety of project types that provide enterprise-grade messaging solutions, such as appointment reminders, prescription refill reminders, account fraud alerts, flight status changes, or payment reminders.
