Alert Status Codes
Alert status codes show the current status of a dispatch in its
life cycle.

Submitted to the appropriate
Media Server for dispatching, attempt results not yet received from the Media
Server

DONOTCALL
|
Cancelled because the
consumer is on a Do Not Call list

An error has occurred

|
No further attempts can be
scheduled based upon the expiration period and calling windows

Maximum number of retry
attempts reached, based on the retry strategy

Just loaded, no scheduling
or processing has been performed

|
Pending dispatch processing
based upon scheduling information

Successfully dispatched and
