Configuring Krypton

Krypton is Nuance's realtime large vocabulary continuous speech recognition engine. It uses a session-oriented JSON protocol to accept audio streams and return transcription results as the recognition progresses.

If using the Management Station, set parameters on the Krypton instance.

If not using the Management Station, set parameters in each instance of the Kryptonconfiguration file (where xx is the instance number):

• Windows: %NUANCE_DATA_DIR%\system\config\User-kryptonxx.yaml
• Linux: $NUANCE_DATA_DIR/system/config/User-kryptonxx.yaml
