Configuring the NLP service

The NLP service communicates with the Nuance Resource Manager to allocate suitable Krypton recognition engine and Natural Language Engine resources based on the capabilities requested by the voice application.

If using Management Station, set properties on the Natural Language Processing service. If not using Management Station, set properties in the NLP service configuration file:

• Windows: %NUANCE_DATA_DIR%\system\config\User-nlps01.properties
• Linux: $NUANCE_DATA_DIR/system/config/User-nlps01.properties
