This parameter is not relevant for systems using the Speech Server with the voice browser service.

For MRCPv2 clients, Speech Server supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) for enhanced security. TLS encrypts messages between the MRCP client and Speech Server so that requests and responses remain invisible to outside observers.

The MRCP client uses TCP, UDP, or TLS to send SIP messages to Speech Server. Choose one of these transport methods, and do not use a mixture. In other words, activate only one of the following:
