In the browser, using the P-Nuance-WCR-Encrypt header in a SIP INVITE method. In the application’s session.xml, using the wcr_encrypt parameter in the <sessionparameters> section under <logging>. If using the Management Station, set on the Speech Server service. If not using Management Station, set in an NSS configuration file (user-NSSxx.txt). |

This parameter sets the default for all sessions using that Speech Server. Setting wcr_encrypt in the session.xml file or setting the SIP header P-Nuance-WCR-Encrypt overrides the setting of server.rtp.wcr.encrypt for the current session only.
The system stores whole call recordings files with the call logs. Encrypted recordings have an added extension .enc.
