Create User

Allows you to create new user accounts.

Use the tabs in order (from top to bottom) to fill in user account information. You must enter all of the required information before you can save. If you click Save before all required information is entered, a red icon displays on the tab and the required field is highlighted.

  • Use the General Information tab to enter login and site access information. This tab also identifies the websites, agent groups, and business units the new account can access. The Language control indicates which language will display on the UI when the new account logs in.
  • Use the Agent Configuration tab to set chat parameters.
  • Use the Agent Skills tab to assign skills to the user account. Drag and drop from the Available Skills list to the Selected Skills list.
  • Use the Security Settings tab to assign access to TouchCommerce API report dimensions and metrics.

Click Save when you are done.
