Cogwheel menu

The Cogwheel displays a drop-down menu of user tools:

• My Settings— Enable users to customize their Agent Desktop experience to suit their individual needs. It can be personally configured by each agent. For more information, see My Settings menu.

• Custom Scripts— Enable agents to create and manage their own personalized scripts that can be easily accessed whenever necessary. These scripts streamline the process and allow agents to respond more efficiently to customer requests. For more information, see Custom Scripts.

• Logout— Enables the agent to log out of Agent Desktop. For more information, see Logout.
