Enables peer authentication when mutual authentication is required.

How to set	In Management Station set on the Nuance recognition service. If not using Management Station, set in a Recognizer configuration file (User-nrsxx.xml).
Usage	Rarely changed.

Causes Recognizer to verify the certificate of the responding web server.

If this parameter is enabled, swirec_inet_ssl_ca_certificates_file must also be set.

Note: Mutual authentication is usually not needed when fetching grammars with HTTPS. Most applications use one-way authentication, which does not require that any Recognizer parameters be set.
