This property requires FIPS-compliant ciphers for all SSL communications (known as FIPS mode).
FIPS refers to Federal Information Processing Standards, a set of USA government standards that includes encryption algorithms.
When you enable this parameter, the service negotiates FIPS-compliant ciphers during the setup of the SSL communications with secure servers (for example, for a fetch request by the application).
