Hot insert is a feature that loads Recognizer models from disk storage to memory while your system is operating (instead of forcing you to stop the system before performing the updates). For details, see Hot insert of acoustic models.
This parameter specifies a recurring timer. When the timer expires, Recognizer performs a hot insert, if necessary. There is no cost if the timer expires when no hot insert processing is needed.
