When the Resource Manager detects that its connection to a service is lost, it stops allocating the service resource and counts the number of GET requests that are unanswered by that service. For example, the connection is lost if you restart a service, if your network has a temporary outage, or if the service has a fatal error.
Use this parameter to specify the number of pings (GET requests) before abandoning the attempt to reconnect. When the value is reached, Resource Manager removes the service from its available resource list.
