How to set	In Management Station, set on the Vocalizer service. If not using Management Station, set in the Vocalizer configuration file (User-nvsxx.xml). Restart Speech Server after setting this parameter. Alternatively, in the Management Station go to System Analysis→Capacity Management, select a host, and configure the license ports without needing to restart the service.

The system automatically adds 15% more working threads than the number of configured licensed ports. For example, if there are 10,000 license ports for Vocalizer, the system sets the NVS server and the NVS client (in the NSS process) to 11500 working threads. It sets the NVS server threads, when the server starts, and it sets the NSS process when the first TTS request is received (because this is when the NVS client gets notified about the number of TTS license ports).
