Dashboard tab
Use the Dashboard tab to view the realtime status of all campaigns and active throttles, and drill down to details about records, results, and transfers.

A campaign is a reusable set of required settings for sending out a message, including the realtime throttle to use, the dispatch rate, dispatch strategy, and consumer and call center hour codes.

A throttle is a capacity-constraint manager for projects that have transfers to agents or IVRs (Interactive Voice Responses). Its purpose is to monitor and adjust the dispatch rate of transfers to client call centers.
The Dashboard tab has two views:

The Campaigns view displays the details of each campaign. You can pause or resume its progress. For detailed instructions, see Monitor and manage campaigns.

The Throttles view displays the details of each throttle. You can modify its settings. For detailed instructions, see Monitor and manage throttles.
