Building Executive Summary reports

Use the Executive Summary report (ESR) to view a range of report summaries including customer interacts, transfers, live answers, and alert retrievals.

To build the report:

  1. Under Reports, select Summary, then Executive Summary.
  2. Choose Alerts Received Between or Alerts Sent Between.
  3. Enter a Date Range. Data is available for up to the past 13 months, but report query spans must be 31 days or less.
  4. Select a Reporting Domain.
  5. Select an Alert Type.
  6. If your applications are configured to use reporting filters, make a selection under Filters and Alert Types.
  7. Select a Report Type.
  8. Select a Type of Data: Production Data or Test Data.
  9. Select Run Report.

Columns

Descriptions

Category

The value of the dispatch result, transfer result, or interact value.

Count

The number of Alert Result Codes recorded during the reporting period.

Percentage

The percentage of the various Alert Result Codes recorded during the reporting period.
