Code groups
| Code Group | Description |
|---|---|
| Alert Result Codes | The outcome of an alert dispatched by the Nuance platform. A result code is assigned to a dispatch at various points in its life-cycle; the current result code at any given moment may not be the final result. A real-time report may show transient result codes; reports that show older data almost always show final result codes. |
| Alert Result Sub-Codes | Additional information indicating why a certain result code was assigned to a dispatch. For example, the result sub-code BADSTZIP indicates that a dispatch had the final result code BD (Bad Data) because the postal code in the input file was not valid for the state in the input file. |
| Alert Status Codes | The current status of the alert in its life-cycle. For example, PENDDISP indicates that the dispatch is ready to be sent and is waiting for an appropriate scheduled dispatch time, such as the next calling window. |
| Media Result Codes | The final result of the physical dispatch across the telephony network. Most of the media result codes are translated into alert result codes. The codes defined in this document are the equivalent of alert result sub-codes for email dispatches that have the alert result code IA (Invalid Address). The codes shown here are possible values of the Media Result Code system attribute. |
| Transfer Indicator Codes | The result of an attempt to transfer a call between a consumer and a client’s call center (in either direction). |
