This parameter sets the time for the Natural Language Processing service to wait for responses from the Nuance Resource Manager when allocating a Krypton or Natural Language Engine resource. It specifies the maximum amount of time, in milliseconds, to wait for an HTTP response before terminating.
This response can come from either the primary resource manager or any other resource manager specified by resourceManager.urls.
