Overview of the Composer user interface
Composer is a web-based application that runs on the Nuance Proactive Engagement Platform. Within Composer, you can work with both MOD projects and standard projects. The relationship between Nuance Proactive Engagement Platform, Composer, and projects is summarized here:
When you log into Composer, the Welcome page opens. The following tabs are available from this page:
- Dashboard: View the realtime status of all active campaigns, and drill down to details about records, results, and transfers. For more information, see Dashboard tab.
- Projects: Work with projects and messages. For more information, see Create messages (MOD projects only).
- Reports: Generate custom reports covering interactions and deliveries for all projects in the client namespace. For more information, see View reports.
- Controls: For Designers only. Configure service-level settings for campaigns, segments, hours, throttles, files, and much more.
- Administration: Work with user profiles and system notices. For more information, see Administration tasks.
