The value is read during initialization and cannot be changed at runtime.
This parameter enables licensing features for each endpointer port on the current machine. It specifies which endpointer licensing features to enable when checking out a license. The license file must contain the specified features.
Licensing features are incorporated into the licenses you acquire from Nuance. The needed features are determined in advance and delivered as part of each license you receive. This parameter allows you to enable those features on a per-server basis.
Note: If you enable a feature that is not available in the license file, an error is written to the diagnostic log file.
