Workflow for projects in Composer

After Nuance Professional Services creates and deploys a project, you can log into Composer and use it for messaging. There are two basic workflows. The workflow you should use depends on the type of project:

Workflow for MOD projects:

1. Configure the campaign (Designers only)
2. Create messages
3. Preview and send messages
4. Monitor the campaign in the dashboard
5. View reports about the campaign

Workflow for standard projects (non-MOD projects):

1. Upload a file containing the list of consumer contacts

2. Monitor the campaign in the dashboard

3. View reports about the campaign
