Reporting
Nuance® Insights summarizes the conversation data received from the interactive response application, details event information from each conversation, and reports recognition statistics for the conversations, showing the results of each recognition event. It also indicates how different levels of the application respond to conversations, from the whole conversation down to the Q&A node component.
The generated reports analyze how the application is used and provide feedback on the application’s usability. They can also identify potential problems that let you improve and tune the application.
Reports in Nuance Insights are organized into workbooks. To see a report, you must drill down from the project to the workbook and then to the report.
